I have spent 3+ years as the operational backbone of a high-volume wellness studio. Every day involves 50+ inbound calls, complex scheduling for 8+ providers in Mindbody, client de-escalation, and daily marketing production in Canva and Constant Contact.

My early childhood education background trained me to keep detailed records, communicate with a wide range of people, and stay calm when things shift fast. I work from a dedicated home office in Peabody, MA and I am ready for a remote W2 role immediately.
